Starting in March, you will begin your "final" project for 7th grade World History. Rather than take a cumulative final, you and your partner will create develop a civilization that will exist through the ages. Along the way, you will record the history of your nation and create a detailed historical account of your people starting in 4,000 BC through the modern era.

Nation History Requirements:
Your history must have/be:
Posted online
750 words minimum
Correct writing conventions
At least 10 specific facts about your nation
3 different ages in your history
Identify 5 specific rulers (these you make up yourself)
For each ruler identify: name, title, when they ruled, why they are important, and 3 specific events that happened in that ruler's reign
Describe 2 major cities in your civilization
At least 5 specific dates and events that occurred on these dates
Resource list (if applicable)
For extra credit, you may:
Create an original flag for your nation
Include pictures with captions
Table of Contents
Up to 10 vocabulary words and definitions
Also Due:
In addition to your country history you must turn in:
-A completed timeline with 30 dates on it
-For extra credit, make the timeline on http://www.timerime.com and embed it in your nation's history page
-Your history worksheet/spreadsheet
-This can be printed off and handed in OR shared on Google Docs
Due Date (For everything):
-Friday April 16 by midnight (for all online items)
-Friday by 2pm (for all printed items)
